I should make this even more concrete.

Getting healthy takes time and effort, but even one small change can in the long-term change your whole life for the better.

Unfortunately, the only thing I can’t do for you is taking action. I could provide you with thousands of tips to get healthy, but in the end, I can’t include them in your life. You have to do that.

I know how you feel. You’re probably thinking that you just can’t, but here’s the thing. The two most common excuses, I personally hear, when it comes to health are money and time.

With all of those tips, I got money out of the question. As I said you don’t need to go to the gym or buy organic food to get healthy. There are so many other things you can do.

The second thing I want to address is time. Yes, we all have stuff to do. Life happens. Our days are pretty much filled up, although some of that stuff is pretty unnecessary. If I’m totally honest I could probably free up 1-3 hours a day and if you’re really honest you could do the same.

Watching TV/Series, playing stupid games on your phone, etc. I don’t say don’t do these things at all because we also should have time to do such things, but what I don’t like is people complaining they don’t have time to get healthy when in fact they do.

Even if you don’t want to quit anything you’re currently doing you’ll find 5 minutes a day. The day before I wrote this I knew I probably wouldn’t have time to do my exercise routine, so I did 20 push-ups and 20 squats right after waking up.

It took me about 2-3 minutes and that’s it. It wasn’t the full program, but it was, at least, something. Imagine doing 20 pushups every morning for 1 month. It will take you probably 30 minutes in the whole month. You can’t tell me you don’t have time for that.

It’s not time and money that’s the problem, it’s getting started and you probably know this already.

With all of these tips, I tried to make it as little as possible for you to get started. Take 5 minutes a day and do some exercises. If you’re cooking exchange the foods you’re cooking with. If your sleep isn’t good, get your room dark or turn down the temperature.

It won’t get easier than that. I’m sorry there is no pill or quick fix.

Just get started!
